H. brasiliensis RRIM600 clone with a chromosome-level genome was constructed using a hybrid approach that integrated PacBio SMRT and Hi-C sequencing. To explore the genomic diversity of the Hevea genus, we also sequenced five additional Hevea, H. guianensis, H. pauciflora, H. spruceana, H. confusa (H. pauciflora var. confusa), and H. collina (H. guianensis var. collina).
